About Ready Office
Ready Office helps teams of roughly 10 to 40 people in Hong Kong find a fitted, move-in-ready office. It is built for teams that have outgrown coworking and want a proper office of their own, with the space and the service around it in one package.
What we do
We list fitted office space in Hong Kong, starting in Central. Each space shows its size, plans, photos, how many people it suits, and one all-in monthly price. You can shortlist and compare spaces, book a viewing, or send us a brief and we will suggest the best fits from what is available.

How pricing works
Each listing shows an all-in monthly figure, rounded to the nearest HK$1,000, that covers the rent and the building management fee. Rates and government rent are not included. We confirm exact terms, and anything else that is included, when you enquire. Read how Hong Kong office costs break down.
Where the listings come from
Listings are supplied by landlords and their agents. Photos and plans are used with permission. We check availability before a viewing, because it can change quickly.
