Privacy notice

Who we are

Ready Office (readyoffice.work) is operated by Garage Holdings Limited and powered by Garage Society ("we", "us"). We are the data user for the personal data described here under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book a viewing, send us a brief or list a space, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, company, team size, the space you asked about, your message and any other details you give.

We also collect basic technical information when you visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site (for example, the campaign link you clicked).

Why we collect it

  • To reply to you and arrange viewings.
  • To pass your request to the landlord or their agent for the space you asked about.
  • To improve the site and understand which pages and sources work.
  • To contact you about spaces that match your brief, if you asked us to.

Who we share it with

  • The landlord or their agent, for the space you enquired about.
  • Service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting, email delivery and our database. They process data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use analytics tools that set cookies or collect usage data. Your shortlist is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and our business records, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Email us at hello@readyoffice.work.

Third-party content

Some photos and plans on listings come from landlords and their agents and are used with their permission.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
